Related ServicesCreate a school-wide plan to implement related services.Principal, Students, Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, ParentsTelephone, packets with written materials The administration will meet with related services providers to create resources for implementation of services at home.-The administration will share plan with parents and seek their feedback.-Service providers will assess functioning levels of all students in their care. When the crisis is over, service providers will again assess students. If regression of skills has occurred the school will offer compensatory services to address regression.-Therapists will contact students and parents by telephone during their regularly scheduled therapy session times to provide support and guidance.  Duration of sessions will depend upon the student’s ability to maintain attention, however, the counselor will strive to complete the full session time.
Clinical ServicesDevelop a plan with clinical staff to implement counseling services in accordance with IEP goals.Clinical Supervisor, Social worker, Parents, StudentsPhone-Clinical staff will call parents to determine good days/times for counseling over the phone.-Clinical staff will conduct counseling sessions by phone as per the student’s IEP. Duration of sessions will depend upon the student’s ability to maintain attention, however, the counselor will strive to complete the full session time.-School social worker will disseminate information to parents regarding receiving free and reduced lunches from the sending district. This is necessary since Crossroads Academy does not meet the 50% threshold for home delivery of meals.   
ParaprofessionalsUtilize paraprofessionals in implementing this planPrincipal, Teachers, Students, ParentsPhone, Internet, printed materialsParaprofessionals will assist teachers in preparing materials for home, will engage in professional development on behavior management, and assist with the teacher’s daily logs. Those who are bi-lingual will provide translation for parents who require support and guidance in a language other than English.
1-1 ParaprofessionalsPrincipal, Teachers, Students, ParentsPhone, Internet, printed materials-Paraprofessionals who serve on a 1-1 basis will assist teachers in preparing materials for home, will engage in professional development on behavior management, and assist with the teacher’s daily logs.-They will have daily telephone contact to provide support and guidance for parents and their student.
