School Governance

The day to day business operations of the Crossroads Academy are carried out by the administration. The Principal supervises and directs the school’s academic, enrichment, and transitional programs. The School Administration reports directly to the Board of Trustees for the execution of all policies and regulations established by the Board. A Board of Trustees adminiters the school made up of parents and supporters of the school. With the assistance of the Principal, The Board of Trustees’ chief responsibility is to formulate and monitor the policies of the school and develop the school’s long-range and strategic plans.
